Safeguard Helidecks celebrate Falmouth United U11s County Cup success.
Safeguard Helidecks are proud to celebrate Falmouth United U11s following their recent County Cup Final victory – the team’s third consecutive County Cup win in as many years, marking a remarkable achievement for the young squad.
Safeguard Helidecks have proudly supported the youth team for the past six years and continue to take great pride in backing a group that is not only excelling in the Cornwall Youth League, but also building a strong sense of teamwork, unity and community spirit among its players.
Following their County Cup triumph, the team took part in a national youth tournament at Stamford Bridge, home of Premier League club, Chelsea FC.
The tournament gave the players the unforgettable opportunity to play on the same pitch as some of football’s biggest stars, peek at the home and away changing rooms and experience the feeling of having their names called as they line up in the players’ tunnel and walk out on the pitch.
After a thrilling day of football against other U11 youth teams, Falmouth United U11s secured an impressive third-place finish, returning home with memories that will last a lifetime.
Chris Wood, Safeguard Helidecks Operations Manager, who also serves as the Lead Coach for the Under 11’s team, reflected on the club’s outstanding season: “Safeguard Helidecks has always been a huge supporter of the local community and especially the youth. Their support to us has continued to allow us to give the kids fantastic experiences whilst looking extremely smart in our sponsored kit.”
